FOREBOT COMMERCIAL · IN DEVELOPMENT

One record per job, from contract to paid invoice.

For facility-services providers who run work across many sites, contracts and subcontractors. It replaces nothing you run.

THE LEAK

Where the money goes.

The work gets done. The money leaks in the gaps between the systems that track it.

Work done and not billed

The visit happened. The ticket never became an invoice.

Proof missing

The customer asks for proof of a visit and nobody can find it.

Subcontractor bills that do not match

The bill and the work order disagree on what was done or what was agreed.

Contract duties forgotten

A recurring duty or a notice date sits in a contract nobody has reopened.

ONE RECORD

Four places, one job.

ForeBot Commercial is being built to tie these together for each job, alongside the systems you already use.

  1. Contract

What was promised, at which site, for how much.

  2. Work order

What was asked for, and by whom.

  3. Proof

What shows the work was done.

  4. Accounting

What was billed, what was paid, and what was not.
