Terms of Service

Version 2026-11-03.1 · Effective November 3, 2026

Forebot is operated by JeffCo Industries, LLC.

1. Who you are agreeing with

These terms are an agreement between you and JeffCo Industries, LLC ("we", "us"), which operates Forebot at forebot.cloud. By creating a Forebot account, or by continuing to use it after accepting a new version of these terms, you agree to them.

2. Who can use Forebot

You must be at least 18 years old. You sign in with your Google account, and you are responsible for keeping that account secure. Forebot is a workspace for people working in the building trades; use it for your own work or for the business you work for.

3. The service

Forebot keeps the records of your work: properties, jobs, field evidence, tasks, materials, equipment history, photos and documents, and the reports you create from them. Forebot is new. Features may change or be removed, and the service may be unavailable at times.

4. Your content

Your records, photos and documents remain yours. You give us permission to store, process and display them only as needed to run Forebot for you. You are responsible for having the right to upload what you upload, including photos of other people's property.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use Forebot to break the law, to store content you have no right to store, to try to reach another person's records, or to disrupt or overload the service. Do not access Forebot by automated means other than the interfaces we provide.

6. Suspension and ending your account

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. You may stop using Forebot at any time and ask us to delete your account.

7. No warranty

Forebot is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. Forebot's records and suggestions are not professional, engineering, safety or code-compliance advice. Check the facts before you act on them.

8. Limits on liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to Forebot is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for Forebot in the twelve months before the claim and fifty US dollars.

9. Changes to these terms

When these terms change, we publish a new version with its effective date and ask you to accept it before you continue to use your account.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to Forebot is resolved exclusively in the state and federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction.
